How to Delete Your Account and Personal Data

Recroot LEA respects your privacy and gives you full control over your personal data. You can request account deletion at any time directly from the app.

Step 1: Access the Delete Account Option

1. Open the Recroot LEA app.

2. Go to Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account.

Step 2: Select a Reason

• You will be prompted to select a reason for deleting your account.
• This helps us improve our services but is optional.

Step 3: Confirm Deletion

• A confirmation message will appear.
• You have requested the deletion of your account. This means your data, session history, and access will be permanently deleted. If you are sure, click below to continue.
• Click Delete My Account to proceed.

Step 4: Permanent Removal

• Once confirmed, all your personal data, session history, and account information will be permanently removed from our databases.
• This action is irreversible.

Important Notes

• Any subscription payments already made are not refunded (see Terms of Use).
• You may resubscribe or create a new account at any time in the future.
