Welcome to Recroot LEA. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how AR Innovations Pty Ltd (ACN 652 722 337) (“we”, “our”, or “Recroot”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses Personal Information from users of the Recroot LEA mobile application and related services.

Recroot LEA allows users to practice workplace scenarios using AI-driven interactions designed to improve communication, confidence, and professional skills in real work situations.

In this Policy, “Personal Information” refers to information about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable.

We collect information to provide and improve our services:

Account Information:

• Name, email, phone number, date of birth
• Career level, role, industry, experience, and other optional info

Usage Information:

• Video responses during practice sessions – used for feedback and stored for no more than 24 hours
• Feedback generated during sessions
• General app usage data (session activity, features used)

Technical Information:

• Device information, analytics, and tracking data

Without this information, Recroot LEA may not be able to provide certain services.

We use Personal Information to:

• Provide access to the app and related services
• Deliver AI-driven practice scenarios and feedback
• Improve functionality, performance, and user experience
• Send updates about new features, services, and career development resources
• Provide customer support
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Marketing Communications:

• We may send promotional emails about new features or services
• You can opt out anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails or contacting privacy@recroot.io

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share your information:

• With trusted service providers under confidentiality agreements (e.g., hosting, analytics, legal, accounting, marketing)
• To provide requested products or services
• When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or Recroot

We take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information against misuse, unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

You are entitled to:

• Access or correct your Personal Information by emailing privacy@recroot.io
• Request deletion of your account and data (see below)
• Opt out of marketing communications

Users can permanently delete their account and all associated data:

1. Open the app → Settings → Privacy → Delete My Account
2. Select a reason for deleting your account
3. Confirm the message: “You have requested the deletion of your account. This means your data, history, and access will be permanently removed. If you're sure, click below to continue.”
4. Click “Delete My Account”

After confirmation, all personal data, session history, and account information will be permanently removed from our database. This action cannot be undone, but you can resubscribe and create a new account anytime.
