Pro Plan
Recroot LEA offers a single subscription plan ("Pro Plan") for mobile users. All users start with a 3-day free trial, which includes 3 free sessions to practice workplace scenarios. After the trial, users may subscribe to the Pro Plan annually.

Free Trial
During the free trial, you will have access to 3 sessions. No payment is required. After the trial ends, continued access requires an annual subscription.

Cancellation and Resubscription
You may unsubscribe from the annual subscription at any time. Unsubscribing does not terminate your current subscription; your access will remain active until the end of the 12-month period.

Important: Subscriptions do not auto-renew. After the subscription ends, you may resubscribe at any time through the app.

Recroot grants you the right to use the mobile app and the Pro Plan services for personal professional development and practicing workplace scenarios. All use must comply with these Terms of Use.

Billing Cycle
The Pro Plan is billed annually, at the start of the subscription period.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made via valid debit or credit card within the app.

Overdue Fees
If a payment fails, access to the subscription will not be activated until payment is successfully received.

Price Changes
We may update the annual subscription fee. Users will be notified of any changes before purchasing or renewing.

Refund Policy
Recroot LEA does not provide pro-rata refunds for unused sessions or months. If you unsubscribe, access remains active for the remainder of your current subscription period.

Responsibility
You are responsible for payment of the subscription fee for the activated subscription period.

Limitations on Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Recroot's liability for any claims in connection with your subscription shall not exceed the total value of the subscription fee paid by you for that period.

Consequential Losses
Neither you nor Recroot shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunity, lost income, or loss of enjoyment.

Access
You are responsible for using your sessions within the subscription period.

Authorized Use
Access to the app and sessions is for your personal use only. Recroot is not responsible for unauthorized access or sharing of your account.

Recroot aims to provide uninterrupted access, but periodic maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may occur. Support is available via the app's Help / Support section.

Data Protection
We maintain the confidentiality and security of all user data in accordance with applicable laws.

Privacy Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable privacy laws and guidelines when using the app.

All intellectual property rights related to Recroot LEA remain with Recroot. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app during your subscription period.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia, with New South Wales as the jurisdiction for any disputes. Disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiation, or if necessary, mediation or litigation in the courts of New South Wales.
